Browse goals

Open Goals from the Console sidebar. The navigation separates goals into three scopes:

• People — select an employee to review their individual goals.
• Departments — compare departments, then open one to see its department goals.
• Company — view goals that apply across the organization.

Goal cards show the title, owner, time frame, progress and key results. Use filters and sorting to narrow the list, then select a goal for its full context and activity.

From a person's or department's page, select Create Goal to start a goal with that context already selected.
