The IT Score summarizes device security and health on a 100-point scale. Select the score on the Dashboard to open the full IT Scorecard.
What contributes to the score?
The scorecard evaluates four parameters:
- Encryption — weighted at 50%
- OS upgrades — weighted at 15%
- Disk space — weighted at 15%
- Device age — weighted at 20%
The overall calculation is:
Encryption × 0.50 + OS upgrade × 0.15 + Disk space × 0.15 + Device age × 0.20
The drawer shows each category, its source module and actual score, plus the change from the previous period. Where your permissions allow it, select Inventory or MDM in the breakdown to investigate the underlying devices.
Not enough data
The IT Score needs device information from Inventory and Mobile Device Management. If MDM is not connected, the score card is omitted from the Dashboard.
