Understand the Dashboard
Read module totals, use quick actions and follow recent operational activity.
Open Dashboard from the top of the Console sidebar. The page adapts to your role and installed modules, so two admins may not see exactly the same cards.
Module totals
The summary cards show:
- Active Employees
- Devices in Inventory
- Softwares Managed
- Active Devices in MDM, including how many are encrypted
Where you have access, select a card to open that module's summary. A card shows Nothing to show here when the module has no data.
Quick Actions
Use Quick Actions to jump directly into common setup flows:
- Add People
- Add Inventory
- Order Device
- Add Software — choose Add from App Store or Add manually
Only actions for installed modules appear.
Recent Orders and notifications
Recent Orders shows the latest Webstore activity. Select View all to open the complete orders list, or place a first order from the empty state. If Webstore is not installed, the card links to ZenAdmin Apps.
The notifications panel shows recent updates across your workspace. Use search to filter the recent list. When a notification has an external-link icon, select it to open the related context.
Hardware leasing
The logistics card introduces ZenAdmin's hardware leasing flow. Select I'm Interested to review how leasing works and continue to a hardware-leasing quotation.
