Connect Google Workspace
How to connect Google Workspace and Google Calendar to ZenAdmin, and what it unlocks in workflows.
How do I connect?
- Open Integrations and find Google Calendar / Google Workspace.
- Click Connect — Google's consent screen opens.
- Approve, and ZenAdmin confirms the connection with a short onboarding note.
What does it unlock?
- Workflows gain a Create a meeting action — schedule calendar events automatically as part of onboarding or other flows.
- With Google Workspace connected as your identity provider, employee provisioning can create and suspend Google accounts automatically, and Software Management can manage Workspace groups.
Google or Microsoft — one identity source
ZenAdmin treats Google and Microsoft as alternative identity sources: while Google is connected, Microsoft's provisioning settings are disabled. Disconnect one to switch to the other.
