Reports

Reports (under Tools in the sidebar, for owner, admin and finance roles) turns your ZenAdmin data into shareable tables. Every report starts from a template, opens as an on-screen table you can filter and reshape, and exports to CSV or Excel.

How does it work?

1. Generate a report from a template — the catalog covers your ZenAdmin data, including device and people reports.
2. Refine it in the viewer: apply filters, search, and configure which columns show.
3. Save it into a folder so you (and other admins) can reopen it later with your setup intact.
4. Export whenever you need the data outside ZenAdmin.

The Reports home has two tabs — Folder for browsing your folder structure and Reports for a flat list of every saved report — plus a Recently Viewed Reports strip for quick re-entry.
