Manage Reports
Duplicate, rename, move and delete saved reports in the ZenAdmin console, individually or in bulk.
The Reports tab on the Reports home lists every saved report with its folder, last update and who updated it. Each row's ⋯ menu is your management surface.
What can I do from a report's menu?
- Open — jump into the viewer.
- Duplicate — clone the report, including its saved filters and columns; useful for making a variant without touching the original.
- Edit Report Details — rename it, update the description, or change its folder.
- Move to — change the folder only.
- Download — quick Excel export.
- Delete — remove it after confirming with Proceed.
How do I act on several reports at once?
Tick the checkboxes on the report rows, then use the bulk Move to or Delete actions that appear.
Deleting a report discards its saved filters and column setup. You can regenerate from the same template, but you'll rebuild the view by hand — there's no undo.
