How to see the hardware assigned to you in ZenEx — asset details, specifications, documents and shipment status.
Devices → My Devices shows your hardware in two groups: Allocated Assets (what you have now) and Deallocated Assets (what you've returned). Each card carries the device's name, serial number, location, allocation date and status.
What's in the asset detail?
Click a device to open Asset details:
- Specifications — model, serial number, and for laptops the processor, cores, RAM, storage and keyboard language.
- Additional info — the device's grading, notes, invoice and other documents, and photos.
- Shipment tracking — if the device is on its way to you, the tracking number links straight to the courier, next to the shipment status.
What do the statuses mean?
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Assigned | It's yours and with you. |
| In Transition | It's being shipped — to you or back. |
| Under Maintenance | It's being repaired or serviced. |
| Unassigned / Archived | No longer allocated to anyone / retired. |
Something wrong with your device?
Reporting an issue happens in IT Support or IT Requests, not from the device card.
