Manage performance cycles

Open Performance Management → Cycles & Reviews to see your cycle cards and their current status.

Before launch, use the cycle menu to:

• Edit the participant rules, forms, settings, ratings, dates, reminders or invitations.
• Duplicate a cycle to reuse its structure for a new review period.
• Delete an unused draft.

When the configuration is ready, choose Launch Cycle and confirm the cycle dates and included review types. Invitations are sent according to the cycle's invitation settings.

After launch, open the cycle to monitor completion. Depending on its state, you can share the cycle, send nudges, edit supported settings or reopen it when another round of activity is required.
