Review participation and results

Open a performance cycle. Its detail page has three views:

• Dashboard — overall participation, manager and department participation, and performance mapping where enough rating data exists.
• Participants — every participant, their reviewer relationships and completion state.
• Results — submitted review answers and downloadable results by review type.

Use the participation breakdown to find incomplete groups. From the Participants view, send a Nudge to outstanding reviewers. Where reporting relationships changed, use the available manager-replacement flow and review the warning about already submitted manager reviews before confirming.

In Results, choose the review type you want to inspect. Results become meaningful only after the corresponding reviews have been submitted; empty states indicate that the cycle does not yet have enough responses.
