Billing & Invoices
Every invoice from your ZenAdmin orders in one place, plus the legal entities they're billed to.
Billing & Invoices is finance's view of your ZenAdmin purchases. It has two tabs:
- Invoices — every invoice generated from your webstore orders and quotes: view, download and export, with links back to the order, quotation and even the device serial number behind each line.
- Billing Entity — the legal entities your company buys under, with their addresses, registration and bank details. The entity you choose at checkout determines what appears on the invoice.
Invoices here are records, not bills to settle in-app — payment happens at checkout or via bank transfer; each invoice shows its Paid or Unpaid status.
