Billing and preferences
Find subscription support and review workspace defaults.
Billing
Open Settings → Billing. Subscription changes are handled by the ZenAdmin customer-success team rather than directly in Console.
Select Contact Support or email customersuccess@zenadmin.ai to manage your account or subscription.
For order invoices and billing entities, use the separate Invoices module.
Preferences
Open Settings → Preferences to review the workspace defaults currently shown by ZenAdmin:
- Language — English
- Currency — United States Dollar (USD)
These values are read-only on the current Preferences screen.
