Manage company settings
Update your company profile, IDs, organizational tags and saved addresses.
Open Settings → Company.
Company profile
Select Edit profile to change the company name and slogan. Use the logo action to upload, replace or delete the company logo.
Employee IDs
The Employee ID card controls automatic ID generation. Choose whether to:
- Not generate IDs
- Generate IDs for active members
- Generate IDs for active members and new hires
Review the next generated ID before saving.
Organizational values
Maintain the values used across employee profiles and workflows:
- Team
- Department
- Job Title
- Workflow Tags
Each card lets you add values and edit or delete existing ones. Before deleting a value, consider records and automations that already use it.
Locations and saved addresses
Use Office Locations for company sites and Address Library for reusable shipping destinations. An address can include a label, recipient, street, city, state, postal code, country and contact number.
Office locations also require a public-holiday calendar. Choose a calendar type and, where applicable, a custom calendar.
If HRIS sync is connected, the Company page also shows its report-recipient configuration.
