Track your delivery
How to follow a shipped device in ZenEx — the Device Logistics tab and courier tracking links.
Once your request is approved and the device ships, tracking lives in Devices → Device Logistics.
What does it show?
Each shipment lists its RFQ ID (the order reference), the expected delivery date, the tracking number and the courier. Open a shipment for the detail view — the tracking number is a link straight to the courier's tracking page.
Where else can I see shipping status?
A device already assigned to you that's mid-shipment also shows its tracking and shipment status on its asset detail — statuses run from pickup scheduled through in transit to delivered.
