View a device's details and activity
What's on the MDM device detail page — enrollment and compliance status, hardware and network info, installed apps, and the action history log.
Open any device from the list to see its full record.
The header
Device image, name and model, copyable asset tag and serial number, the MDM provider managing it, who it's allocated to, its enrollment status (Enrolled / Not Enrolled) and compliance status (Compliant / Non-Compliant), plus when data was last pulled from the MDM. The Actions menu holds the remote actions.
The Device Info tab
- Associated policy — the policies assigned to this device, with a Manage Policy button where the provider supports it.
- Application — installed apps with type, version and size, with a Manage Application button where supported.
- Device status — last check-in, last scan, last location, storage and battery.
- Device details and network info — hardware specs, Wi-Fi details, OS build.
- Mobile details — for smartphones: IMEI 1/2, phone numbers, MEID.
The Activity Log tab
Every action taken on the device — locks, wipes, policy changes — in a searchable feed you can filter by action type. Use it to answer "who did what to this device, and when."
