How to search, filter and export enrolled devices in ZenAdmin MDM, read compliance at a glance, and see which people have managed devices.
Mobile Device Management → Devices lists every enrolled device for the selected MDM provider.
What does each row show?
Device name and serial number, location, Compliant / Non-Compliant status, operating system, manufacturer, who it's allocated to (linked to that person), and work email. Optional columns add much more: device status (Active/Inactive), enrollment status, RAM, storage, battery level, Wi-Fi MAC and SSID, OS version, encryption and IMEI.
How do I find a device?
Search by name or serial, sort any column, and customize which columns show. Use the provider selector in the header when your company runs more than one MDM. Export downloads the current view.
How do I assign a policy to many devices at once?
Select multiple devices with the row checkboxes and choose Associate — pick the policy and it's applied to every selected device. See Manage policies for the single-device flow.
Who has managed devices?
The Users tab lists each person with the number of managed devices they hold — searchable and exportable like the device list.
