Follow up on a quote
How to track a quote request in ZenAdmin — quotation statuses, messaging the procurement team, and paying the invoice once your quote becomes an order.
Every quote request (RFQ) lives in Webstore → Quotations, where you can watch its status and talk to the procurement team.
What do the quotation statuses mean?
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Your request is with the procurement team. |
| In Progress | The team is sourcing and pricing it. |
| Completed | The quote was finalized. |
| Expired | The quote lapsed before being accepted — request a fresh one if you still need it. |
How do I discuss my quote?
Open the RFQ. The detail page shows the request, its attachments, who it's assigned to — and a comment thread. Post questions or changes there (attachments and CC supported); the procurement team replies in the same thread, so the whole negotiation stays in one place.
My quote was accepted — where's the order?
When a completed quote is converted, the RFQ page shows the quotation number and links to the created order. The order carries the invoice — including an online payment link when available — and from there delivery tracking works like any webstore order.
