Request a quote for multiple devices
How to request one quote covering several hardware line items in ZenAdmin, shipped to an office or the ZenAdmin warehouse.
Equipping a team or stocking up? Request one quote for several devices at once instead of filing them separately.
Steps
- Open Webstore → Quotations and choose Request Quote → Multiple Hardware.
- Product Details — add each line item with its specification and quantity.
- Address Details — choose the ship-to: an address, an employee, an office location, or the ZenAdmin warehouse.
- Review — check the lines and submit.
You'll get a single RFQ ID covering all the items, and the request shows up in Quotations like any other — with each product listed in its detail page.
