Rehire a former employee

How to bring an offboarded person back in ZenAdmin with their history intact.

Offboarded records never disappear — which makes boomerangs easy.

Steps

  1. Open Team Members and switch to the Offboarded tab.
  2. Choose Rehire user from the person's row menu (or from their profile's Actions menu).
  3. The rehire flow walks the same stepper as onboarding — pick the template, confirm their details, and finish.

The person returns to the directory with their prior history — equipment, employment and compensation records — still attached to them.
