Use the Access Matrix
The people × tools grid in ZenAdmin — see who has access to what, add manual access records, confirm ownership and export for audits.
The Access Matrix is the whole company on one grid: people down the side, applications across the top, and in every cell the access status — Active, Dormant, Inactive, or none — with its source.
What is it for?
Access reviews, offboarding checks and audits. Instead of asking each tool who has a seat, you read it off one screen — and export it as CSV when the auditor asks.
How do I record access manually?
Not everything comes from an integration. Click Add access and enter the person's email, the application, and the access status — useful for tools tracked by hand.
What does "Confirm access" do?
It attests that a recorded access is correct — a human has verified this person genuinely holds this seat. Use it during access reviews to separate "synced from the tool" from "checked by us."
How do I dig into a cell?
Click it — you can view and edit the access record behind it. Searching by person narrows the grid when you're reviewing one team.
