Read an application's detail page
What's on a tracked app's page in ZenAdmin — usage summary, per-user seats, license info, documents and the activity log.
Click any app in the Applications list to open its detail page. The header shows the app's owner(s), active users, licenses purchased, its type (Integrated, Manual or Hybrid) and when it last synced — plus Sync (for integrated apps), Edit details and Remove.
The tabs
- Summary — total, active, inactive and dormant user counts, active users over time, users by department, and license utilisation.
- Users — the seat-management table: every person with access, their status, last access and source. Provision and deprovision from here — see Provision and deprovision users.
- Groups — for identity providers like Google Workspace: the groups, their emails and member counts. See Manage identity-provider groups.
- Info — four cards: app details and vendor contacts, license and billing details (pricing structure, licenses used vs purchased), default assignment rules for automating provisioning, and documents (contracts, order forms).
- Activity — the audit feed of everything that changed: apps added or updated, users assigned or removed.
How do I keep license info current?
On the Info tab, edit the license card whenever you renew or resize — utilisation on the Summary tab and the numbers in Billing both build on it.
