How ZenAdmin's software Billing works — per-app seat costs, renewal dates, spend by team, and AI invoice ingestion.
The Billing tab turns your tracked stack into a spend picture: normalized monthly total, how many apps have billing data, and renewals landing in the next 30 days — plus spend by team.
How do I add billing info to an app?
Click Edit billing on the app and enter the seat count, cost per seat, currency, renewal date and billing cycle. Apps with billing data feed the spend charts and the renewals list.
Can ZenAdmin read my invoices for me?
Yes — Invoice ingestion. Upload an invoice (or paste a renewal email), click Extract draft, and the details are parsed out with a confidence score. Review the draft, match it to the right app, and Confirm & save billing. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
How do I stay ahead of renewals?
The Renewals list ranks what's coming up. Check it against Waste & Insights before each renewal — dormant seats are exactly what you trim at renewal time.
Where do integrations fit?
The Catalog tab shows which of your apps can sync automatically — connected versus available — with a coverage bar. Connect ones you use, or Request integration for something missing.
