How is waste calculated?

A seat is flagged when it's active but unused for 60+ days. Each finding is priced from the app's billing data, so the page shows an estimated monthly waste figure and the findings behind it, app by app.

What do I do with a finding?

1. Open the app from the finding to see exactly who the dormant users are.
2. Deprovision the seats that shouldn't exist.
3. At renewal, use the reduced count to negotiate — that's the waste figure turning into savings.

Why is my waste figure empty or low?

Waste needs two ingredients: usage data (from connected integrations) and per-seat costs (from Billing). The more of both you add, the more honest the number gets.
