Google Workspace actions

Microsoft 365 actions

The classic patterns
- Onboarding: provision the account and groups before day one, enroll the device, email the welcome pack at 9:00 their time.
- Offboarding: on exit — sign out everywhere, suspend or block sign-in, transfer Drive ownership or convert the mailbox, remove licenses, then delete on a delay.
