Time Off runs your company's leave end to end: define leave types and policies, route requests through approvers, keep public-holiday calendars straight, and see who's away at a glance.

The module's tabs (admins and owners see them all; other roles see Who's away only):

  • Who's away — the company absence calendar.
  • Public Holidays — holiday calendars and who they apply to.
  • Policies — your leave policies and who's assigned.
  • Leave Types — the kinds of leave your company recognizes.
  • Approvers — company-wide default approval chain.

Each person's balances, requests and history live on their profile's Time off tab; employees themselves request leave in ZenEx.
