Inventory Management
Track every device your company owns, see who has what, and manage the full asset lifecycle from purchase to retirement.
Inventory Management is the home of all your company's hardware — laptops, monitors, phones and accessories. Track each device's details and status, assign devices to employees, recover them during offboarding, and retire them when they reach end of life.
The module has three tabs:
- Inventory — the main asset register: every device, searchable and filterable.
- Summary — spend analytics across procurement, leasing and logistics (admins and finance).
- Settings — procurement sources and logistics cost auto-approval (admins).
Devices and assets
The console uses device and asset interchangeably — they mean the same thing: one item in your inventory.
