Review and approve logistics costs
How logistics cost approval works in ZenAdmin — reviewing shipment costs, approving or rejecting them, and setting auto-approval thresholds.
When ZenAdmin handles shipping for an allocation or deallocation, the shipment's logistics cost may need your approval before it proceeds.
Where do I see logistics costs?
Open Inventory Management → Inventory, then Actions → View logistic costs. Each row shows the device, logistics details, pickup date, expected delivery and total cost — the eye icon opens the full cost breakdown.
What do the logistics statuses mean?
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending Logistics Cost | The cost hasn't been quoted yet. You can still cancel the shipment here. |
| Awaiting Approval | The cost is ready — review and approve or reject it. |
| Approved / Declined | Your decision has been recorded. |
| Completed | The shipment is done. |
How do I approve or reject a cost?
- Click Review on a row that's Awaiting Approval.
- Check the cost breakdown.
- Approve to let the shipment proceed, or Reject with a reason.
You can also select multiple rows and approve or reject them in bulk.
Can costs be approved automatically?
Yes. In Inventory Management → Settings, enable the logistics cost auto-approval threshold and set a per-currency limit. Costs at or below the threshold are approved automatically; anything above still comes to you.
