Search, filter and export your inventory

The Inventory tab lists every device your company owns. A few tools make large inventories manageable.

How do I find a specific device?

1. Open Inventory Management → Inventory.
2. Use the search box (Search your assets) — it matches names, serial numbers and asset tags.
3. Combine with filters (status, device type, location and more) to narrow the list.
4. Click a column header to sort.

How do I customize the columns?

The table can show many fields — specs (RAM, storage, processor), finance (cost, purchase date, warranty end), logistics status, asset tag and more.

1. Open the column customization control on the table.
2. Toggle the columns you need and save the view.

How do I export my inventory?

1. Apply any search or filters you want reflected in the export.
2. Click Export — you'll get a CSV of the current view.
